Tracey Cardoso
Tracey Nolan Cardoso is the epitome of a Tampa Bay native'she graduated from Bloomingdale High School in Brandon, received her B.A. in Accounting from the University of South Florida in Tampa, and now happily calls FishHawk Ranch West home.
Tracey began her real estate career working with a national home builder in 2007. After a dynamic start, Tracey was recognized for the 2008 'Rookie of the Year' award. Her exceptional service and dedication to real estate continued and in 2010, Tracey received the prestigious 'Sales Person of the Year' award for selling the most homes in the entire Tampa division. As the company grew, Tracey was promoted to a Sales Management role, which she enjoyed tremendously for many years. Additionally, Tracey has worked diligently alongside her husband, Gil, in the investment property side of real estate, providing quality rentals and tenant placement.
Tracey and Gil are enjoying raising two beautiful daughters in the FishHawk community. Her youngest daughter was born with hearing loss and must wear special hearing aids called 'BAHA's'. Through this journey, Tracey has received tremendous support from the local Deaf/Hard of Hearing Community, in which she is very involved. This experience has prompted Tracey to adopt the personal motto, 'Ask for what you want & fight for what you need'. Following this motto has not only helped her advocate for her daughter to get the equipment and services she needs, but it has also shaped how she provides service to her real estate clients.
